"Actually shipped really fast"
My order showed up quickly, and the tracking was actually super easy to follow. No problems at all, everything went smoothly.

"My Finish Line order was mostly right..."
My Finish Line order was mostly right, so I don’t want to make it sound like everything went wrong. The shoes were fine, and the shipping was decent enough. But one of the shirts came in the wrong size, which was frustrating because I had already waited for the order and just wanted everything to be ready to wear. I know it’s not the biggest issue in the world, but it’s still annoying having to deal with a fix when the mistake wasn’t on my end.

"Pretty easy site and app to use"
I’ve used finishline.com and the app maybe 3 or 4 times now, and it’s been easy each time.

Searching for shoes is straightforward, the filters actually narrow things down, and checkout only takes a couple minutes. I also like that my order info shows up in the app quickly, usually within a minute or so.

I haven’t run into anything confusing or glitchy so far. It’s just been a smooth experience overall, which is really all I’m looking for when I’m buying shoes online.

"Finally found the Nikes I was looking for"
I had been trying to find a specific Nike size and pretty much everywhere else was sold out, so I was surprised Finish Line had them. Checkout was simple too, which was a relief because I kept thinking something would go wrong at the last step, you know? My order went through with no hassle, and I’m happy with the experience. I’ll probably check here first next time.

"Refund was quicker than I thought"
I had to send back a pair of shoes because they didn’t fit right. I wasn’t totally sure how smooth the return would be, but it ended up being easy. The refund showed up sooner than I expected too, so no real complaints...

"Really Helpful Customer Service"
I had a little issue come up with my order and wasn’t sure how much of a hassle it was going to be to get it sorted out, but the customer service team ended up being really helpful. They got back to me quickly, were friendly the whole time, and didn’t make me jump through a bunch of hoops or repeat myself over and over. It was just a easy experience overall, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely feel comfortable shopping here again...

"Looked legit, but the quality was kinda just okay lol"
I ordered a pair of Nikes from Finish Line and they seemed real to me, the box, tags, and everything matched up fine. Shipping was totally okay too. The only thing was the quality felt a little off, lol. There were a few glue marks and the stitching wasn’t as clean as I expected. Not awful or anything, but for the price I thought they’d be a bit better. I’d probably order again, but I’d definitely look the pair over closely when they arrive.

Is the finishline.com site down? trying to order using the website but it keeps saying "access denied". and unable to order using the app as well.

I came here to read reviews after i had a horrible experience with finish line 2 years ago. i'm reading all these reviews and realize mine wasn't at all an isolated incident and they still don't have it together. my question is rhetorical but has anyone filed a complaint with the federal trade commission? all these negative reviews aren't doing anything but the ftc can shut them down. filing a report is easy at ftc.gov/complaint (ftc dot gov / complaint, in case the link i posted gets blocked by this website)
